Thursday WLS Express. All Aboard!
Good morning TMB!
Yesterday was productive. I baked a batch of protein donuts. They turned out DELICIOUS! I didn't get to my hair color tho as Clint decided to work from home so I decided to spend more time on the sofa near him. :) Getting to sit with him while he works is a rare treat so I enjoyed it yesterday.
Today I have no 'set' plans. I'll try to get some sewing projects done.
Well...I'm off to the kitchen for my morning coffee. I hope everyone has a good day.

About to head out the door to Grapevine to get my stress test done on my heart. They said it would take 4 to 4 1/2 hours....UGH I hate that. I am also not too happy with no coffee down. Thank God I did get to drink a Propel before 5 AM but nothing now, Then this afternoon I have my glaucoma test. Stressful day for me. Please keep me in your prayers today that everything goes OK with the testing. Love you guys !!!

Good lord where is everyone? I wouldnt mind a protein donut to go with my cawfee this morning. Off today, but of course, up at 6 like a moron anyway. grrrrrr. Of course thats after going to bed at 230ish ... really lol. Have PT this afternoon, thank gawd as my neck is absolutely KILLING me today.. oh well what else is new. ok so... what have i missed lately? i feel so out of touch this last week!

Good morning all!! Happy Thursday - two work days left till I'm off for six weeks!! Woohoo! I've handed off all of my projects, so other than sitting in on meetings I don't have much to do at work. I'm keeping myself occupied though, working at home helps a lot, especially when I can play WoW and watch email at the same time. LOL
My niece and nephew, Abbie and Brody, will both be home today. Brody went home yesterday and Abbie comes home this morning. Luckily Mom and Dad are still up in Long Island so they will get to see both babies home before they have to leave. My SIL is recovering from her c-section and sounds like things are going well up there. It will likely be a while before we can meet the babies unfortunately. They didn't travel much before the twins, and I have a feeling they will travel even less now. So we are talking about going up there sometime in the spring.
Still have last minute things to do over the weekend, including some minor shopping at Grapevine Mills and Target. Saturday night Mom and Dad fly in to spend a couple of weeks and I'm so looking forward to that.
The official plan for Natalie is for me to go into the hospital (Frisco Baylor) Monday night at 8pm for cervical ripening, then Tuesday morning they will start the induction. I'm not dilated at all yet, which is why I have to go in on Monday. Hopefully she will make her appearance sometime Tuesday afternoon/evening and then we'll all go home on Thursday.
Prayers going up for everyone that needs them!

Not sure if it is good yet, I will decide that later. Had a very bad day at work, and waiting for it to finish up today with projects, and then Friday. Sitting here drinking my coffee. Saturday I am going to the OAC walk here in Dallas. My surgeon is hosting it so should be fun, plus only a mile, so I should have no problems. Other than surviving work today nothing much else going on.

Ok, so I have to share. Last night I pulled a ton of dresses that had been given me or bought on super clearance and shoved to the back of closets as I was too lumpy/melted for them to appropriately hang. I tried on about 6 of them last night (including one that was backless)
And HOLY CRAP THEY FIT!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to kiss my PS surgeon when I see her next week.

WTG R!!!! I have a dress like that and I keep it hanging in the closet so that someday it might look like it is supposed to fit on MY body. The last time I tried it on I just looked like sausage in a tight casing (not pretty!)
Be careful about kissing your PS- you know how rumors get started around here...hehe
